Audion with no sound trailer analysis
You can tell that this movie is a horror or a phycological thriller despite not listening to the music, due to the dark lighting used throughout and the eerie text that appear on screen saying things such as '...prepare to feel creepy' The pace of the trailer quickens through out, so it starts slow, giving it more of a horror feel to it, however it starts quickening by using fast cuts and strobe lighting. The facial expressions of the characters are mostly distraught of scared, again giving us the impression that this film is going to be a horror. We witness many violent acts in this trailor, for instance we see a woman with a massive needle, about to stab it into a mans tongue.. Again, showing the horror side of the movie. The beginning of the trailer shows a car driving off into a isolated area, where you can't see any form of human life. This connotes that they are going to be trapped in wherever they're going to. The text that appears on screen is also in black and white, the black representing evil and the white good. This could be seen as the battle between good vs. evil.
